OUR STORY

Founded in 2024, SunCity Duplex was established with the long overdue idea of creating a luxury short term rental experience in the heart of El Paso.  Our beloved hometown that has always brought us back no matter how far and near we’ve gone.  Our hearts, family, and friends have kept us coming back to this eclectic and ever growing city we call Chuco town!
